What data do we keep?
NZ Huis pays a lot of attention to the protection of your personal data and does everything possible to optimally safeguard your privacy. The information we keep is therefore only intended to be able to work out your proposal or to book your trip. For that purpose, we keep the following data:
- Your basic personal data: name, e-mail address and telephone number. This allows us to discuss a travel proposal with you or to reply to your information request.
- Travel preferences, postal address, payment details, birthdays and passport information necessary for the reservation of your holiday and the execution of our sales agreement.
We only share your data with our suppliers who are responsible for the realization of your tour. This includes airline and insurance companies, accommodation and excursion providers.
Anyone who wishes to receive our newsletters can do so without obligation and always has the option to unsubscribe. We use your gender, surname, first name, date of birth and e-mail address in our data files to allow the sending of these newsletters.
What do we use your data for?

- All correspondence with our New Zealand House
- Providing New Zealand House informational and sales services
- Improving the quality and content of our website
- Execution of our sales agreement
- Sending price quotations, order forms, invoices and payment reminders

Who do we share your data with?
In order to process your booking, it is necessary that we share your personal data with companies such as airlines, car rental companies, accommodation and excursion operators. Your data will never be passed on to third parties for marketing purposes.
Marketing use
In order to keep you informed of our offers, we use your data for our own marketing purposes, which are not shared with external partners. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us or unsubscribing via the link provided at the bottom of each marketing email.
