In response to your info request, we will send you our NZ Huis questionnaire. This form allows you to list all your personal holiday wishes and interests. At the same time we will give you numerous tips for an unforgettable NZ holiday. The better we get to know you, the more memorable your trip will be!

Free Online Meeting
Our first online meeting can be arranged at a time that suits you best. This free & personal one hour session will inform you about:
- International flights, rental car hire & domestic flights.
- Ideal travelling periods & travel pace.
- Our special NZ Huis travel routes & comfort classes.
- Our original accommodations & activities.
- Our added value as a NZ Specialist & Holiday Planner.
- Travel budget and price estimate.
Step Four
Approval & Deposit
If we become your preferred partner, we will fine-tune our initial proposal and organize extra online meetings until your itinerary meets all your requirements. After receiving your approval and deposit, we will book all your travel components.
Step Five
Flight Reservation & Travel Insurance
Once your itinerary is finalised, it’s time to book your international flight and travel insurance. You can do this yourself or you can call on our services with free and non-binding advice. Two local experts from the aviation and insurance sector support us in our search to assure you NZ Huis Top Quality from start to finish!
Step Six
Final discussion & payment
Before departure, we will meet (online or in person in Belgium) for a last detailed discussion of your holiday. During this session we will answer your remaining questions and draw your attention to some important travel preparations and obligations. Additionally, your final invoice will be presented for payment.
